Your personal data may be shared with parties abroad within the framework of: the storage of the e-mail service infrastructures of the e-mail contact addresses sent to relevant parties in data centers located abroad.
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Clinic in a verifiable manner by filling out the Data Subject Application Form published on the www.drtaneryigit.com web address (based on the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller), or with another document containing your mandatory information written in the application form, in writing, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously notified by the relevant person to the Clinic and registered in the Clinic’s system, to the contact address info@drtaneryigit.com or the address below: Harbiye Mah. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Clinic.
